A good audio mixer – recommendations?

I purchased a sennheiser mkh-60 and now I’m looking for a quality audio mixer. I don’t know much about mixers, so can anyone recommend a good one?

The Sennheiser MKH 60 is a good, short, shotgun microphone that uses XLR connections.

If you are using it connected to a camcorder that has a 1/8″ (3.5mm) audio-in jack, then you will want an XLR adapter like the BeachTek DXA-6HD or the juicedLink CX231. You can use these XLR adapters to connect to a computer’s 1/8″ (3.5mm) audio-in jack also. But since they are battery powered, and considered “portable” field devices, you might want to consider something like a small Mackie 402-VLZ3 mixer (check Guitar Center).
